(a journey with watercolour and my dog)
Very handsome fella, P1! :)
How about monkey business :)
He certainly looks like he's been up to monkey business, doesn't he?
There is a certain wistful quality in his demeanour, as if he was dreaming of far away forests. Maybe he was, because this was a zoo photo.
What a grand drawing Pat...love the way you accented his eyes with the blue strip. Always enjoy seeing your art friend. Take care and have a simply delightful day. Hugs!
Thanks, Debbie. I fancied doing something different, and I'm glad you liked it.
Is he in jail?
I could see why you'd think so, but not specifically. The photo was from a zoo.
It is a great portrait, Pat! Don't ask me for a name, I am terrible at names.
Glad you liked him, Judy. Usually I'm okay with names, but fancied a bit of input. I had a suggestion from a friend to call him Evolution - which made me think of evolving the painting in a few different ways, so now there'll be a series! xx
Hey Pat, long time no see. For me too! But so good to see you and thanks for the visit. Yes I'm still hanging around.I do like your ape drawing, yes he's different alright, and done very well.oh, you could call him Evo for short. !!
